Do you have Java Runtime Environment or Java virtual machine installed?
The anacubis® Viewer requires Sun Microsystem's Java Runtime Environment (JRE)—or alternatively Microsoft Java virtual machine (JVM), if you are using Internet Explorer—to be installed on your computer.
To find out whether you have the JRE or the JVM installed, and to download and install one if you have not, click on the link representing the browser you are using below.
Internet Explorer (any version)
If you see the following dialog box...
or if you see the 'missing graphic' in the top left corner of the anacubis® Viewer...
then click the Cancel button (in the dialog box) and click here to download and install the latest version of Sun Microsystem's Java Runtime Environment.
Alternatively, you can download and install Microsoft Java virtual machine, from the anacubis® website. To do this, click here and, in the File Download dialog box, click the Save button to save the setup file to a folder on your computer. Navigate to the folder containing this file, double-click Microsoft-jvm.exe, and follow the instructions on the screen.
Netscape 6.2.3
If you see the following link in the center of the anacubis® Viewer...
then do not click the link but instead click here to download and install the latest version of Sun Microsystem's Java Runtime Environment.
Netscape 7.1
If you see a gray screen, or Netscape informs you that it could not find the necessary JRE files, click here to download and install the latest version of Sun Microsystem's Java Runtime Environment. You will need to close and reopen your browser.
