How can my company become a Channel Partner?
If you are a well established software reseller and you feel you have the facilities, resources and experience to become an i2 Channel Partner, please contact us for more information. Simply introduce yourself and tell us briefly about your company. We will get back to you to discuss details of the i2 Channel Partnership process.
Do I receive training?
Yes. All our Channel Partners receive training and support through the i2 Channel Partner Program. All potential Channel Partners must attend product training at the i2 offices in Cambridge before being appointed and authorized to sell i2 products. This training is designed to aid you in expanding your customer base as you develop an expert understanding of our products. You will receive ongoing training as new products are released and upgraded.
Tell me about the Channel Partner Program
The i2 Channel Partner Program (CPP) provides the basic framework for the business support best suited to your organization based on your revenue goals, available resources and market penetration. It provides you with the high level of training and support you need to successfully promote tailored solutions to your customers. With a comprehensive array of tools, support and financial benefits, you are fully equipped to realise the exciting opportunities that exist to see significant increases in year-on-year revenue.
What about further support when I need it?
Support for Channel Partners from i2 is comprehensive. A team of people dedicated purely to our Channel Partners are on hand during UK office hours to assist you with any problems or questions you may have.
A Web site dedicated to i2 Channel Partners provides regularly updated information, help and advice. The Web site provides you with technical information and support, marketing and product information and news from i2 and other Channel Partners. It also has a lively discussion forum, facilitating a global liaison between Channel Partners.
A monthly newsletter also keeps you up-to-date with all the news from i2.
An annual conference for Channel Partners is held in a new location each year, providing the opportunity to network and share best practice. i2 also organizes workshops and training that takes place throughout the year.

Strategic Alliances
Our Strategic Alliance Partners fall into two main categories:
Systems Integrators: i2 partners with leading Systems Integrators to deliver integrated solutions to clients based on their individual business needs. These custom-built solutions often require integration of the client’s existing systems with additional capabilities from a number of different suppliers. i2’s range of products and solutions, technical and domain expertise as well as more than 15 years of market experience can often provide System’s Integrators with a more competitive offering in multi-vendor procurements.
Technology vendors: i2 partners with best of breed technology vendors to deliver repeatable, integrated software solutions to clients. This is facilitated through i2’s range of SDKs (software development toolkits), APIs (application programming interfaces) and a web services approach. Technology vendors may wish to partner with i2 if they require some of the following product features:

- Integration with the i2 Analyst’s Notebook
- Data enrichment and semantic capability
- Data access and federated searching
- Entity link property modeling
