You will learn ways to provide motivation to learn and retain information and see how you can adapt these methods to suit your personality and your audience. Particular emphasis is placed on a structured approach to course development and delivery, ensuring that the resulting courses meet the needs of your target audiences.
We will provide guidance on adapting and writing materials for your own training environment and you will learn how to prepare for delivering courses. During the course you will be expected to prepare and present several mini presentations so that your training skills are developed as the course progresses.
