Hands-On Workshops
IBM i2 offers Analysis Product Line training throughout the United states and Canada at our facilities or at your own locations throughout the world. Our wide variety of training options is designed to accommodate individual learning styles and educational needs. In addition to our standard workshops, we offer closed courses which are restricted to members of your organization. Because every organization is unique, we can also work with you to create customized workshops that meet your specific requirements.
Online Webversity Sessions
IBM i2 Training Services is proud to offer on-line live training sessions via WebEx in addition to our traditional open enrollment and on-site in-person training class options. Each topical session costs $95 each and lasts between 75 and 90 minutes. Whether you are new to using i2's software solutions or just need to "brush up" on your skills, IBM i2 Training Services Webversity online sessions are designed to help you maximize your investment and your analysis.
IBM i2 COPLINK Product Line Training
IBM i2 COPLINK Product line training is a two day program tailored to each customer or organization that helps customers gain the relevant skills and knowledge that will enable them to generate more tactical leads and maximize their investment in IBM i2 COPLINK.
Day 1 – Introduction and Overview of IBM i2 COPLINK
The first day of training will be completed utilizing a server, database, and laptops provided by i2. In addition to receiving and overview of the design and functions of IBM i2 COPLINK, participants will also receive:
- Fast Track Guide
- Student User Guide
- FAQ list
- Certificate of completion
Day 2 – A Customized Workshop Session
Bring your cases and computers connected to the Project COPLINK database and work with the IBM i2 COPLINK training specialists to learn how to apply your actual data to the system, using the basic functions to generate leads. Or, work with the IBM i2 COPLINK training specialists to customize an agenda that meets your specific needs.
Additional training will be provided for the system administrators.
